A fight breaks out at the Town’s Annual Chili Cook Off.
Featuring: Lysandra – The Fiery Firefighter Phantom
Episode Outline: Lysandra is determined to make her mark at the town’s Chili Cook Off, but things take a turn when she overhears the Cool Kids (Valeria, Isabella, and Soraya) gossiping about how uncool chili cook-offs are. Worse, they joke about how Lysandra “hides behind her hood” and call her ugly, saying she only got into their group because of her fire skills. Angered, Lysandra goes rogue and starts subtly setting fire to other booths, turning the competition into a fiery mess. The local fire departments start noticing the strange “coincidental” blazes, suspecting foul play.
Meanwhile, Dracula is secretly seething that the chili judges didn’t ask for his opinion. He’s convinced that the competition is rigged, despite the fact that he didn’t even vote for Lysandra himself. While trying to manipulate the judges from the sidelines, he gets caught up in the chaos Lysandra’s causing.
The episode peaks when Lysandra, in a fit of anger, removes her hood, revealing her melting face and sending the fire departments and civilians running in terror. Though she loses the contest, she vows revenge on all the local fire departments, claiming the “real win” was her scaring off the town. Dracula, meanwhile, is left sulking after being told he had no influence over the contest at all.
Uncle Slasher’s Overview: Ahh, Lysandra finds herself at the town’s Annual Chili Cook Off, where tensions are sizzling. She overhears the Cool Kids mocking her, calling her ugly and making fun of her firefighter hood. Furious, Lysandra starts setting fire to the other booths, causing a full-on fire investigation. The local fire departments compete to put out the flames, but it’s Lysandra’s face, constantly melting and reforming, that sends the crowd running. She loses the contest but is told she actually won—they just didn’t want to give her the trophy. Heh, revenge is sweet… but not as sweet as her chili.
